These terms and conditions apply to all orders made through benderink.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
- Webshop Products
The webshop sells print-on-demand t-shirts and bags, as well as possibly other similar printed products. All products in the webshop are made-to-order, produced according to the customer’s request. Product features and descriptions can be found alongside each product on our website.
- Prices and Payment Terms
All prices in the shop are vat included. All products in the webshop include a 25.5% VAT when ordered. Products are paid for at the time of order at the webshop’s checkout with the available payment options. In addition to the price of the products, the order may incur delivery charges according to the current pricing. Delivery costs are automatically added to the order total at checkout.
Payment Methods
Our online store uses Klarna payments. Payments are processed by Klarna based on your chosen payment method.
- Order Delivery
We deliver EU countries.
Our webshop delivers to these countries: Belgium, Croatia, Czech republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Orders are shipped directly by our partner from Latvia as soon as the products are ready from printing. Delivery costs are determined according to the pricing at the time of the order, and you will see the delivery costs at the checkout, where they are automatically added to the order total.
Delivery Time
As products are printed based on orders, the total delivery time is generally about 2-3 working days longer. The normal delivery time to EU is approximately one week from the order.
- Return Policy
As all our products are made-to-order and individually personalized, we do not offer a return right. As per our policy, products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after an order is made, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the order.
If the product you receive is defective or does not match the product you ordered, please contact our customer service as soon as possible for correction measures.
- Warranty and Complaints
We provide a warranty for all our made-to-order products as follows:
- Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, we commit to repair, replace, or refund the affected product. Please contact our customer service [contact details] within seven (7) days of receiving the product and provide the necessary evidence of the damage or error.
- Material Quality: We guarantee that our products are of high quality and meet the description and quality standards set in our webshop.
Please note that damages caused by normal wear or misuse are not covered by the warranty. The warranty also does not cover product usage preferences, such as interpretive differences in color shades. Also, be aware that the product color may appear differently on your device’s screen than in reality.
Complaints
If there is a clear manufacturing or material quality error in your order’s product, please contact our customer service. Send us the necessary information (photo, description) of the error without delay, and we will process your case.

- Individuality: Since each product is made-to-order, we cannot guarantee that the final product will exactly match the images shown on our website. Minor variations, such as in colors and print placement, may occur.
- Damages Due to Misuse: We are not responsible for damages resulting from the misuse, improper storage, or maintenance of the product.
- Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for any delays in delivery that are caused by third parties, such as shipping companies.
- Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
- Limits Permitted by Law: Our limitations of liability are in accordance with the limits allowed by applicable law.
7. Processing of personal data
We collect a necessary amount of your personal information in our webshop when you make an order.

- Purpose of Processing: The personal data you provide during the order process are used for processing the order, delivery, and customer service.
